Jarneec Halsey, a diverse entrepreneur, founded Peto鈥檚 Journey LLC, a publishing company that amplifies every voice, celebrates every story, and inspires people to dream. She currently serves as the Business Advisor and Women in Business Program Coordinator at the Guam Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Halsey has received numerous awards and recognition for her work with active-duty service members and students in Guam. She previously served as the Executive Director of the Guam Women's Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland (Asia) and a Bachelor of Science in Missions (Cultural Development) from Bethel College in Virginia.

Boris Hertslet is the Program Manager for the Guam APEX Accelerator. Mr. Hertslet has over 30 years of business experience. After 20 years in the private sector, managing businesses in various industries (Automotive, Environmental Consulting, Grocery, HVAC, and Restaurants), Mr. Hertslet started as a Procurement Counselor with the Guam PTAC in 2009. In 2013, he was promoted to Program Manager of the Guam PTAC. Mr. Hertslet has a BBA in Accounting and a Professional MBA, both from the 91快播.

Dr. James Ji Jr. officially joined the 91快播 in August 2020 but has taught courses at UOG since 2013. He is also a licensed realtor and the general manager of J.J. Pacific Development Corp. He previously served as an advisor to the Public Policy Institute under the speaker of the 35th Guam Legislature.聽
RESEARch interests
His previous research focused on cultural and generational distinctions regarding commitment levels in management. The primary focus of his research includes new forms of leadership and management with the intention of assisting the public and private sectors on Guam. Other research interests include technology-based education and management, an area that has become more relevant during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Roseann Jones is a tenured Professor of Economics at the 91快播. She is a member of the faculty of the School of Business and Public Administration and is a member of the graduate faculty of College of Natural & Applied Sciences Environmental Science Program. Dr. Jones received her PhD in economics and regional planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Her area of specialization is in health and bioscience policy.
