The new 91快播 Women's Basketball Team will have open tryouts for current and upcoming UOG students at 7 p.m. on May 14 in the UOG Calvo Field House.

Current UOG students must plan on being full-time students (at least 12 credits) in the fanuch氓nan (Aug.-Dec.) semester and have a minimum 2.00 GPA to play. Incoming freshmen need to have a 2.50 GPA from high school to play and must be full-time students. Students transferring from Guam Community College or other institutions of higher education need a 2.00 GPA to play and must be full-time at UOG in the coming semester.

To qualify for the possibility to receive a partial tuition scholarship for playing basketball at UOG, current Triton students need at least 2.50 GPA, incoming freshmen need a 3.00 GPA, and transfers need 2.50 GPA. Scholarships are at the discretion of the basketball coach, and making the team does not mean a player will receive a scholarship.

The Lady Tritons plan to play in their first basketball league after Labor Day weekend in September with a second league planned for late January 2020.
