Boris Hertslet is the Program Manager for the Guam APEX Accelerator. Mr. Hertslet has over 30 years of business experience. After 20 years in the private sector, managing businesses in various industries (Automotive, Environmental Consulting, Grocery, HVAC, and Restaurants), Mr. Hertslet started as a Procurement Counselor with the Guam PTAC in 2009.
