Human rights lawyer Julian Aguon will deliver commencement address.

An expected 267 graduates will receive their degrees this Sunday, Dec. 16, at the 91快播鈥檚 Fanunch氓nan 2018 Commencement starting at 2 p.m. in the Calvo Field House.

Delivering the commencement address will be Julian Aguon, a human rights lawyer who founded his own law firm, Blue Ocean Law, at the age of 28. Aguon is also the legal counsel of the Guam Legislature, a lecturer at UOG and the William S. Richardson School of Law, and a special assistant attorney general appointed to defend the decolonization process.
