One part of the Guam military buildup is quietly proceeding outside of the limelight: a $12 million Department of Defense-funded Guam Cultural Repository that will be built on the 91快播 campus and supervised by the UOG's Micronesian Area Research Center. The target date for occupancy is October 2021.
