Disabilities Education, Research, and Service, Guam CEDDERS, has quietly transformed
lives across Guam and the region.
As one of UOG鈥檚 Centers for Excellence, Guam CEDDERS channels research, training,
and regional partnerships into services that support individuals with disabilities
from birth to adulthood.
