The 91快播 Board of Regents authorized Friends of the Library (FOTL) accounts to provide access to the library's resources to Guam residents. 

There are two Friends categories:

Student Membersip - High school students - $31.00/year (Note: Applications for students under the age of 18 need the signature of a parent or legal guardian)

Standard Adult Membership - $57/year

Benefits:

• Able to borrow up to ten (10) items at a time.
• Use of the Library鈥檚 PCs for research and school work, to provide access the Library鈥檚 OCEAN online catalog and electronic databases and the Internet.
• Access to the Library鈥檚 Micronesian Reference Files and permanent reserves materials for in-Library use.
• Access to the Library鈥檚 databases from off-campus most hours of the day, every day.
• Eligible for interlibrary loan services (cost-recovery basis).
