Guam’s Dopble Kopble (Double Money) program returns June 10–13, offering a 50% discount on fresh fruits and vegetables for SNAP-EBT cardholders at all Pay-Less Supermarket locations. Funded by a USDA GusNIP grant through the 91¿ì²¥ Cooperative Extension & Outreach, this nutrition incentive program aims to improve access to healthy food for income-eligible families. The initiative supports community health, promotes food security, and helps lay the groundwork for future nutrition programs across Guam.

The 91¿ì²¥ Center for Island Sustainability & Sea Grant and Guam Department of Agriculture hosted CNMI Department of Fish and Wildlife representatives for a groundbreaking State Wildlife Action Plan (SWAP) workshop. The two-day event focused on regional collaboration to protect shared Species of Greatest Conservation Need across the Mariana Islands. Leaders from Guam and CNMI discussed unified conservation goals, biodiversity protection, and community engagement, marking a major step forward for sustainable management of island ecosystems.
